An amazing property that had quite a few “hurdles” – both for selling it, as well as financing it. The property is a 40 acre manufactured home that included an unpermitted ADU, was completely off-grid powered entirely by solar panels, and access to the property included a BLM Access Permit that was no longer in the name of the seller – as the owners had passed away. To make it even more complicated, title to the property was held in an LLC that was held in trust as part of the estate! Sheila worked exhaustingly for her clients, and ultimately for the eventual buyers of the property, as well. We would not have been able to finance this property without Sheila tackling every issue that came up – even down to the last day, when she went above and beyond to track down original copies of the death certificates for the previous owners who had passed away, as escrow had trouble obtaining them. I have been a Loan Originator for over seven years, and I have never had the experience of working with a listing agent that has put so much effort, dedication, and hard work into her listing! Sheila was very professional in all the dealings we had with her. She was very positive and encouraging at all times she was very knowledgeable about the whole process but but if we had a question that she couldn't answer she went to someone that knew the answer and got back to us immediately.
